Looking for a job is boring and difficult. Why are their no normal jobs out there? You either have to have a ridiculously high degree level, be able to drive a car, have several years experience, speak johnnyforeignerish or be willing to relocate to the wastelands of up north. Pruh!

Anyway, once I get back from the Reading Festival, I shall begin job hunting much more properly, as I am completely broke and my parents are likely to start charging me rent in September. I shall be retrunging to Reading on monday, a few days before the festival starts in order to get our house all cleaned up before we have to return keys by the 30th of August. I don't really want to leave my house in Reading, it may have been a crappy little terraced house in the middle of one of the mose crime infested streets in the South-East, but it was my first ever property away from my parents.

In other news I finally managed to get hold of my grades for my finals. In descending order I got an A, a B, a C, two Ds, an E, an F and a G. A whole alphabet of grades. It was better than I thought I would get and I actually did better overall than I did in the second year (when I got an A, a C, a D, an E and two Fs.

I have also began reading The Lord of the Rings. I've been meaning to do this for the last year and a half, but never got round to it. However with nothing better to do, now seemed liked the perfect time. So far I've read about half of it, and enjoying it.

You're right about the jobs... I can't find anything either (although I'm just looking for stuff over the summer as I'm back at uni in October).

What's the plan for Reading? When're people going up and are people still crashing at yours the night before?

I shall be heading to my house in Reading tomorrow as I need to collect all my stuff from my house before the contract runs out at the end of the month. I will then be staying there until the festival begins, so people are welcome to come and crash at my house anytime from tomorrow afternoon onwards. I feel I should point out that my house is a forty minute walk from the festival entrance.

You got that right! I'm considering being a temp indefinitely...
